At COPPER, all sales are final due to the nature of our industry. We deal with high-demand, limited, and collectible items where authenticity and condition are critical, and we cannot guarantee items after they leave our possession.


Key Points

  • All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  • Authenticity & Care: We take every measure to verify the authenticity and condition of items before shipping. However, COPPER is not responsible for any loss, damage, or tampering after items leave our facility.

  • Trade-Ins: Items submitted for trade-ins are handled with care, but the sender assumes all risk until we physically receive and inspect the items. Submissions that fail authenticity checks may be rejected or valued lower than estimated.

  • Damaged Items in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will assess on a case-by-case basis.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Each sale is final.
