At COPPER, we ship your items safely and efficiently using trusted carriers. Please read the following before placing an order.

1. Carriers & Shipping Methods

  • We ship via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post.

  • Two shipping options are available:

    • Regular Shipping

    • Express Shipping

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipments.

3. Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (Canada): 2–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • These are estimates; delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of COPPER.

4. Insurance

  • Insurance is optional.

  • Customers interested in insuring their package should contact us before shipping.

  • COPPER is not responsible for loss or damage once the package is handed over to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. COPPER is not liable for misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Trade-In Shipments

  • Trade-in items are at the sender’s risk until physically received and inspected.

  • We strongly recommend insured shipping for all trade-in items.

  • Item condition and authenticity are verified upon receipt; discrepancies may affect trade-in value.
